The astronomy department has in total 14 faculty members (find their list here, or follow the link above), 13 postdocs (find their list here, or follow the link above) and always harbours a multitude of students at all levels of their studies (titulo thesis, Magister thesis and PhD). Our non-academic staff consists among others of a secretary, a system manager, a librarian and a journalist (more information can be found here).

For the most part all members of the institute are located in our own building opposite the duck pond. Some of us are still remaining in the 6th floor of the main faculty building, where our training telescope is loacted as well.
