Dr. Yuxin He

Dr. Yuxin He received his PhD. from Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), China, 2016.

Yuxin He comes from Xinjiang Astronomical Observatories, CAS and is a long-term visiting scholar of CAS South America Center for Astronomy. He is working with Prof. Amelia Stutz and Prof. Rodrigo Reeves. He joined the Astronomy department in November 2018. Now, he is mainly working on spatial distribution of stars that are born in the Carina Nebula Complex based on data from Gaia DR2.

• Initial conditions of high-mass star formation (i.e., chemistry and physics)
